1. General Policy
Because our services involve time, labor, and personalized attention, refunds are generally not provided once work has commenced or has been delivered. However, client satisfaction is a priority, and we do offer review and resolution options where applicable.

2. Eligible Refund Situations
Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:
Duplicate Payment: If a client is charged more than once for the same service.
Prepaid Services Canceled Before Start: If the client cancels a prepaid retainer before any work has started.
Non-Delivery of Agreed Services: If services paid for were not delivered within the agreed timeframe and no prior communication or mutual rescheduling was made.

3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
Time or tasks have already been completed
Client is dissatisfied due to lack of participation, communication, or late material submission
Client cancels services without required notice
Work was delivered, but the client later changes scope or expectations

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Clients may cancel retainer-based services with at least 14 days’ notice. Refunds will be prorated if work has not started.
Hourly and project-based clients must give 24–48 hours’ notice for cancellations; otherwise, the booked time may be billed in full or deducted from prepaid hours.

Reason for request
Supporting documentation if applicable

6. Resolution Options
Instead of refunds, clients may be offered:
Task revisions (up to 1 or 2 rounds, depending on contract)
Time credits toward future services
Service substitutions of equal value

7. Final Decision
All refund decisions are made at the discretion of Atlas V.S.S., based on the specific situation and service agreement. We strive to be fair, transparent, and respectful in every case.
